This is a dramatic vintage navy polka dot silk taffeta mini dress designed by Louis Feraud in the 1980s. We are currently obsessed with vintage Louis Feraud pieces and every time we get one, we are so impressed with the quality of both the materials he used and with the way they are made!

This show stopping vintage evening dress is strapless and has metal boning in the bodice for structure and support. We love the luxurious navy silk taffeta fabric and the lovely ruching and pleating along the bodice. There is an asymmetrical seam that runs through the hips with a fabulous tiered ruffle that wraps around the body. One tier of the ruffles has large scale polka dots while the other has dots in a smaller scale.

This sensational vintage dress is fully lined and closes with a center back seam zipper. Made in West Germany. 100% Silk with 100% Viscose detailing.

Labeled size FR 40 US 8, but we estimate this would best fit a modern size 4/6.Please always use measurements when determining fit with vintage pieces online.
